Why I Do This Work

As a Lifelong chef, recreational marathon runner, and now Master Primal Health Coach, I understand firsthand how frustrating health changes after 50 can feel.

In my mid-50s, I gained weight, struggled with chronic Achilkles pain, low energy, inflammation, and low-testosterone related gynecomastia. Like many people, I thought I was doing everything “right,” but my body simply wasn’t responding the same way anymore.

Somewhere along the way, between work, responsibilities, stress, and everyday life, I had also become complacent about my health without fully realizing it. Like many busy adults, I kept pushing forward while ignoring the small warning signs that were slowly adding up over time.

That experience forced me to completely rethink my approach to health, fitness, recovery, and aging.

After discovering a more ancestral-inspired approach to nutrition, movement, recovery, and lifestyle everything began to change.

I lost over 20 pounds, improved my mobility, reduced inflammation, returned to running, and started feeling healthier and stronger again.

More importantly, I realized that many adults over 50 were struggling with the exact same challenges:
